TQI Solutions excels in both project management and the integration of business process tools and techniques. We assist customers in identifying their process improvement goals such as modernization schedule reduction, customer service improvement, and ship maintenance planning and/or cost reduction, etc. While identifying and developing areas of improvement we employ several integrative methodologies including Business Analytics, Business Process Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, Data Mining and Data Management to achieve comprehensive and actionable solutions.
TQI Solutions performs the full spectrum of Requirements Management (RM) and Analysis from defining high-level acquisition requirements to creating detailed design level specifications. We start by analyzing an organization’s objectives, operating concepts, capability gaps, business processes, policies, and identify stakeholders in preparation of a business case for investment in the program. TQI then works directly with stakeholders to capture business processes, identify functional requirements, and link requirements with the customers’ mission goals and objectives. TQI manages requirements baselines using software tools that provide automated traceability, electronic baseline creation, version control, and change management. We ensure document traceability from the highest-level concepts and goals to the individual system level requirements. Once validated, requirements are managed and prioritized for system builds. TQI prepares traceability matrixes, facilitates RM boards and reviews trouble reports / change proposals.

Digital transformation offers customers with the information needed to make better decisions and enables improved customer outcomes. To achieve this transformation, organizations must first understand their current data environment. Without this, organizations risk omitting critical data in their future state design and lack the ability to migrate data into the new solution.
The Agile Methodology enables rapid development and deployment of capabilities where IT system requirements are defined through iterative customer interactions. Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) evaluates product quality and is typically applied towards traditional waterfall software development projects.
