Sharon Lewis

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Sharon Lewis leads the operational strategy, coordination, and execution that support TQI Solutions’ continued growth and performance. She works across programs and corporate functions to strengthen accountability, align teams around shared priorities, and ensure the organization has the structure and operational discipline needed to deliver consistently across complex defense and federal missions.

Sharon brings a leadership perspective shaped by more than 25 years of experience managing large-scale operations, enterprise technology initiatives, and cross-functional organizations. At TQI, she applies that experience to connect strategy with execution, strengthen collaboration across the business, and help ensure teams remain positioned to deliver measurable outcomes with confidence.

Before joining TQI, Sharon served as a Principal and Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led enterprise programs and operational portfolios representing more than $2.5 billion in value. She oversaw global operations supporting joint and combatant command clients across more than 500 projects and led cross-functional teams of more than 600 personnel spanning prime and subcontractor organizations.Sharon previously held senior leadership roles with General Dynamics Information

Technology, ARMA Global, and Sprint Communications. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives spanning enterprise operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, technology transformation, and portfolio management across defense and federal environments.Her leadership approach centers on establishing clear accountability, aligning people and resources around shared priorities, and creating the operational structure needed to translate strategy into measurable performance.
