Jeff Tidd

As Senior Vice President of Growth, Jeff Tidd leads TQI Solutions’ growth strategy, business development efforts, and client engagement across defense and federal missions. Since joining TQI in 2012, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio, strengthening long-term client relationships, and aligning growth initiatives with mission priorities.

Jeff’s leadership focuses on building trusted partnerships, identifying opportunities that support mission readiness, and ensuring TQI’s capabilities align with evolving federal needs — supporting sustainable growth while staying true to the company’s values of trust, quality, and innovation.

Jeff brings more than two decades of experience spanning business development, logistics, program management, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining TQI, he supported large-scale federal programs as a Business Analyst at SAIC, where he focused on earned value management (EVM) and program analysis.

Jeff also served 25 years in the U.S. Navy, gaining extensive experience in aviation operations, logistics, and organizational efficiency. This operational background informs his approach to growth — grounding business development in real-world mission understanding and long-term partnership value.
