  • US Fleet Forces (USFF): Helped shape the future of Naval Logistics through the development and articulation of system transition plans, and the development and prioritization of acquisition-level requirements. Identified ship maintenance requirements for a Naval Tactical Command Support System. Defined and implemented a plan for prioritizing Program Review requirements. Reviewed and provided inputs on requirements documents, system specifications, and engineering diagrams.
  • Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR): Supported PEO-C4I PMW-150 Figure Of Merit (MFOM) program office in refining and finalizing of network & hardware requirements. Worked with the community of interest to identify recommendations to  streamline the IT application certification and deployment process of defense business systems.
  • Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR): Developed IT External Communication Strategic Plan for Automated Logistics Environment (ALE).  Major contributor to the Naval Aviation Maintenance and Logistics IT White Paper, Version 1.0 and ALE Information Paper, Version 3.1.
  • Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA): Captured IT requirements for the Net-Enabled Command and Control Information Support Plan (ISP) using the Enhanced-ISP prototype. Achieved a 40% labor saving by utilizing the automatic import of requirements for Interoperability and Supportability documentation.
